Join Tara Hovis, Food Safety Educator for Michigan State University Extension, as she talks about holiday baking and gifting! The season of giving is right around the corner!

This 60-minute beginner-friendly class is a "slow" to "no-flow" class that includes seated and standing postures.  Please bring a mat. If you use blankets, blocks, or any other props for your yoga practice, feel free to bring them.  

Join us Mondays starting in November for our new Kids Zone program! Every Monday at 6:30 pm we will have a different program for elementary-aged kids! All kids are invited; children under 7 need an adult helper.
