This is where FUN and EXERCISE really do go together! We are super excited to offer Chair Exercise as a weekly event to have fun, socialize, and rock out to top oldies hits all while burning calories... if you're not totally interested yet...IT'S FREE!! :-)
Of course. wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, a friend, and expect to walk out with a glowing smile! This event is choreographed but is designed to be wellness support for those who desire to just tone up a bit and get a little more exercise into their life for fun.
