Need to know how to surf the web without falling flat on your face? Want to use your technology on the internet without fear of getting a virus? Come learn with us!

This 60-minute beginner-friendly class is a "slow" to "no-flow" class that includes seated and standing postures.  Please bring a mat. If you use blankets, blocks, or any other props for your yoga practice, feel free to bring them.
