Join us for an hour or 2 of needle arts at Hoyt Library. Bring a project to work on or a project that you need help with! All needlework is welcome. Second Saturday of the month, 10 am - 12 pm.

Learn about a variety of mindfulness practices to use every day, and experience several – including mindful breathing, grounding, ways to quiet your mind, brief body scan, mindful walking and forest guided meditation and a seated meditation.

Come join us as we look at some tips and strategies for making our time with tech less tedious! No matter your skill level with technology, you will walk out the door with some new strategies for using your technology at home!

Lessons on the continental knitting technique to be given to beginners. Experienced knitters can bring their own projects for a socializing evening. Registration is required via our website or by calling Zauel.
