Preschool Storytime at Zauel

MSU Extension is bringing tai chi to the library! Whether you started this summer, have experience elsewhere, or are looking to try this practice for the first time, you're welcome to join us!

In this 4H partnership program, youth learn about the process a seed goes through to develop into a plant by starting their own garden in a glove! They will also learn about planting seeds and get hands on with worm composting.

Drop in to the Zauel Library meeting room to assemble your very own Mental Health Survival Kit, full of reminders to take care of yourself and your mental health.

"I'm in a reading rut!" "I don't know what to read!" "I want to read something different!" If you've said any of these things, this is the book club for you! This month we read a classic, "East of Eden" by John Steinbeck.

This month's series: Fullmetal Alchemist.

Need to know how to surf the web without falling flat on your face? Want to use your technology on the internet without fear of getting a virus? Come learn with us!

Love checking out new cookbooks and trying new recipes? This club is for you! Every month, we'll work through a cookbook as a group - each person will pick a recipe to make at home and bring in for everyone to try.

In this program, we invite youth of all ages to create their own individual pixel art projects to take home, and we will introduce the summer 'Stick Together' community art mural, for which participants will 'earn' their first stickers!

As that famous painter on PBS said: "There are no mistakes, just happy accidents." Follow along and we'll make a forest scene using acrylic paints. All you need to bring is your creativity and willingness to try something new!
