MSU Extension is bringing us tai chi twice a week all summer long! Gain benefits like increased strength, balance and posture and reduced stress with these gentle movements.

Needle Arts: Decorative sewing (embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch, etc.) or textile handicrafts (knitting, crocheting, tatting, macrame) Join us for an hour or 2 of needle arts at Hoyt Library.

This 30-minute storytime combines easy stretches and movement with a fun story to create a playful opportunity to explore physical activity. We will be using our new Handee Bands!

Join us at the Saginaw Township Spray Pool next to the library for Children's Story Time!

Explore science and nature all summer long with 4H at the library! This week: Discover the animals that live around you! Learn how to identify different animal tracks and behavior.

Have you ever wanted to explore the ocean? Now you can "visit" a place most people will never get to go! Come out to Butman-Fish on Saturday, August 6 and use our Virtual Reality goggles to explore some of the world's coral reefs!

Let's wrap up the 2022 Summer Reading Program with a great big fun bang! Games, prizes, snacks and so much more! Weather-permitting, all the fun will be outside on Butman-Fish Library's grounds.

Make beach themed candles! We will be making small candles inside a seashell and beach themed candles with shells inside.
