Join us for a 30-minute walk near Hoyt Library, learning about the rich history of the surrounding neighborhood and making new friends along the way. Please meet inside the Hoyt Library. This program is weather-permitting.

Ahoy Mateys, it's International Talk Like a Pirate Day and we are celebrating with a pirate themed story time experience.  We are inviting children to our story time for 30 minutes of read aloud stories, songs, finger plays, and fun.

Take a break from the back to school rush every Saturday in September with our Back to School Flicks movie series!

Calling all Scrabble players! Join us the second Monday of each month for a game of Scrabble. Meet new opponents or bring a friend. We provide game boards and Scrabble dictionaries.

Ages 18 and older.

Join us in the Children's department at Hoyt Library on Monday evenings in September for an hour of fun with augmented reality. Read a book about puppies and then watch the puppies jump up of the pages.

In this program you will learn the basics of knitting and get started on knitting a simple scarf. Materials provided. This will be held at Zauel Memorial in the Story Time room.

The Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Club slated for 9/16/2021 has been cancelled. The Sci-Fi/Fantasy Book Club on 10/21/2021 is still occurring. Sorry!
