The PLOS Bookmobile is coming to the Boys & Girls Club!
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention combines slow movement, deep breathing, and focused intention to help people improve strength, balance and posture while helping prevent falls.
This 60-minute beginner-friendly class is a "slow" to "no-flow" class that includes seated and standing postures. Please bring a mat. If you use blankets, blocks, or any other props for your yoga practice, feel free to bring them.
Knitters of all skill levels are welcome to come to the Library and work on a project, or just come socialize.
