Program Description

Description

This 60 minute beginner-friendly yoga class will be a mixture of yin - poses with longer holds (2-3 minutes) and yang - slow flow. Please bring a mat. If you use blankets, blocks, or any other props for your yoga practice, feel free to bring them. 
 
Dress in layers to accommodate room temperature.
