Description

We want to see where everyone is going on adventures this summer! Please fill out an entry slip to share your travels all throughout the Summer Reading Program. We will be tracking them on a US map all summer. Slips will also serve as entry to a prize drawing. Last day to enter will be August 3. 1 random winner will be drawn in August.
