Mythology Book Club

Join us for a lively discussion of a book about Greek Mythology!  Our book for May is The Witch of Colchis by Rosie Hewlett.  The Witch of Colchis retells the story of Medea, the woman who took a horrifying revenge on her husband by killing their children.  This novel is a modern retelling of that myth, told from Medea’s point of view.  Is she really the monster she is famed to be?  Try to reserve your copy from the library, or order your copy of the book from a site like Amazon or similar and come to the meeting with questions, comments, observations, or just have the book with you!  No pressure, and a good time learning about mythology is guaranteed!
