Program Description

Description

Join us for a lively discussion of a book about Greek Mythology!  Our book for April is Medea, a play by Euripides, the famous Greek playwright. Medea is a witch who married Jason, the warrior who won the Golden Fleece.  Jason cheats on Medea, and she takes a horrifying revenge.  Try to reserve your copy from the library, or order your copy of the book from a site like Amazon or similar and come to the meeting with questions, comments, observations, or just have the book with you!  No pressure, and a good time learning about mythology is guaranteed!
