Michigan Notable Author David Hardin will discuss his book "Standpipe: Delivering Water to Flint," a brief, elegant memoir of the author's work as a Red Cross volunteer delivering emergency water to residents of Flint, Michigan set against his personal journey. This event is made possible by The Library of Michigan and Michigan Humanities, an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
