Description

Join us at the Hoyt Library while we celebrate with a huge neighborhood street festival!  There will be a classic car show, music, great food, free horse drawn carriage rides, and a chance to spend a fun evening with the fantastic people of Saginaw!  Be sure to stop by the hospitality tent in the Hoyt Library parking lot!
