Description

Looking for a unique gift for your special someone on Valentine's Day? Stop by Hoyt Library on February 12th and make a cupcake liner bouquet! We'll be using different styles of cupcake liners to create a beautiful and fun flower bouquet! All materials will be provided. Registration is required. Adults and teens only.
