Explore science and nature all summer long with 4H at the library! This week: Our program teaches simple exercises like warm-ups, breathing techniques, poses, and relaxation through guided practice and games! Yoga helps all ages improve flexibility, balance, and strength! This will be a drop off event for ages 6-12. Please plan to bring a yoga mat or towel. If accommodations need to be made, please let us know.
