Saginaw Community Writing Center

Founded in October 2015, The Saginaw Community Writing Center (SCWC) is the first on-site community writing center in the state of Michigan, staffed by trained SVSU tutors to help any member of the Saginaw community on any writing project. We can help you write a college application essay, create an effective resume and cover letter, craft a short story or poem--or help develop any other type of writing you might do.

On the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 4-8 pm, the SCWC provides FREE writing workshops and one-on-one tutoring in the Butman-Fish Library, 1716 Hancock Street in Saginaw.
